Brooklyn Bridge

If video is not shown in the browser or applications then visit it at Evening in NYC from Dmitrii on Vimeo.

The views of the Manhattan from the Brooklyn side are very nice, you can walk from the Manhattan bridge along the East River, go under the Brooklyn Bridge and have many different angles on both bridges and the Manhattan across the water. Next time you visit NYC make an effort and see it from this side as well.

Monday Morning Movie

If video is not shown in the browser or applications then visit it at Evening in NYC from Dmitrii on Vimeo.

Well, Thanksgiving break is over, I’m not sure if I’m ready go back to work, thankfully there are only three and half weeks till Christmas break, only three and half weeks. Hopefully it will go fast and then another one and half week little break. We are trying to decide right now if we go anywhere over Christmas break or stay in town… maybe do some work on the house or something else. It would be nice to go somewhere at least for a few days.

I’d like to visit NYC again, maybe next Spring, hopefully after they finish the new world trade center tower. Come to the same spot and take another time-lapse and a few photos. I think it should be much taller than it was back in June.

Monday Morning Movie

Olympics are Over

Too bad, there was something to watch on TV. Last two weeks were great. I’m typing it as Closing Ceremonies are rolling on NBC. So far looks like a good show. I know my daughter was excited about getting one minute glimpse at teen group “One Direction”, and now it is one hour England music “symphony” show.

Four years to Rio. Can’t wait.

Swinging Bridge

If look closely at this video, right around 54-55 second time spot the Manhattan Bridge is a bit swinging, up and down. Pretty cool. Next time I’m in NYC I might try to get a little longer time lapse of the bridge and see if we get more of these swings.

Evening in NYC from Dmitrii on Vimeo.

And this photo you see right before the time lapse with the swinging bridge. If you click on it you will see a much higher resolution image, which you can save to your desktop and use as a wall paper. This applies to all of my images. Just click on it, and then save it to your local drive. So easy.

Of course if you really like any of my photos, and would like to have a professional print in your office or home, you can order one from my photo library as well. Those are actually will be printed from the original highest resolution available. For example, this photo original resolution is 7378×3563 pixels. This is huge.
