This was taken from the Hoover Dam itself. To the left is Arizona and to the right is Nevada. On our trip back from Arizona we walked there on the bridge as well. Nice view of the dam and the lake behind it.
Dmitrii – love your photos. Quick English lesson – “dam” is used for blocking water; “damn” is used for cursing or emphasis – as in “Damn, that’s an awesome dam!”

It is just ‘Hoover Dam’ not “Damn”. Dam is a structure and ‘damn’ is a swear word.
