Hello everyone, it is another Friday and it is time for a mystery photo. This is probably the largest iron I have ever seen, huge. The blue cast on it coming from the windows behind me, there were some shops with some funky clothing and other interesting goodies. As you look at it, I’m in transit traveling at the moment, I’ll see if anyone got it right on Saturday. So where is it?
Wow fabulous shot! I don’t know why but this pic brought France into my mind, though I am almost sure it might not be…
Gorgeous, wherever this might be 🙂
A beautiful photo of a most unusual street statue, but I have no idea where it is!
It’s in Asheville, North Carolina!
it looks like Beirut’s downtown in Lebanon! or somewhere really similar 🙂
Think I have been by this very spot, Asheville NC. Great area for walking around lots of funky things to see
This is the sort of thing I LOVE to see in person; can’t wait to find out where this is!! Excellent photo!

looks like the corner of a monopoly board 😉
I’m going with the two that said flat iron scuplture. But is there a giant ironing board sculpture nearby? 🙂
Very unique!
Great image. I love seeing things through your eyes.
Cool. I’m going with Asheville, NC too.
Paris is my bet.
I like you guys, not only you know where it is, you also know what it is. I had no idea off top my head that this iron is called Flat Iron sculpture, now I know it. And, yes, it is in downtown Asheville.
Dmitrii… I receive your photos everyday in my emails, and it’s always a pleasure to discover them! Thanks for sharing them with us 😉
I love the angle!
I love the comment about the Monopoly board… haha. Maybe next you can find a giant thimble!
